The Civil Aviation and Airports Authority"OACA" is now invested with a very wide range of missions is strategic, since they affect the development of air transport in our country, and economic sectors linked to it.

In fact, airports are an important part of the infrastructure of national and international transport; they are positioning themselves as agents of economic and social development of the regions they serve. And in this context that integrated policy planning and sustainable development of the OACA and its variation in objectives:

  • Ensure the proper functioning of a network of scheduled airlines and charter,
  • Contribute to the development of tourism which is a major source of national income
  • Plan the development of airport infrastructure and increase capacity to meet future demand and create the conditions for a stronger attraction
  • is well-positioned to serve customers by providing air quality services with all security requirements and in full respect of the environment

The aim of the OACA is to position itself among the regional airports of reference in Africa in terms of quality of service, safety and security, management and economic and operational performance through better control of the organization, costs and methods of operation of all airport activities.

The guidance of the Civil Aviation and Airports Authority are organized around five strategic objectives defined at Five-Year Development Plan (Document containing a list of major projects over the next five years).
